Molly Ruttan-Moffat grew up in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York. She and her identical twin sister showed signs of artistic and musical talent from a very early age, and spent most of their childhood creating and enjoying the arts.

At 16, Molly began playing the drums, and together with her sister and two close friends, Phideaux and Valerie Gracious, formed a band.  The band,
called Sally Dick & Jane, played many New York clubs, including CBGB¹s and Max¹s Kansas City.  It was the foundation for Molly's next several
years of drumming and singing in a band.  Molly has a drumset in her bedroom to this very day!

Molly attended The Cooper Union School of Arts in Manhattan.  She graduated with a degree in graphic
design and moved to Los Angeles, where she began her career as a graphic designer and illustrator. While in LA, she met up with another childhood friend, Gabriel Moffat.   They were married a year later.  They now have three daughters and live happily together in Los Angeles.
